All people must have access to justice and high quality legal counsel regardless of their income. Many working people fall through the cracks. They often make too much money to qualify for the Public Defender, Legal Aid or other free legal services. But, they rarely have enough money to pay the very expensive legal fees most law firms charge. To make sure that working class people are well represented, we proudly fill that void.

Unlike other law firms, our legal fees are billed on a sliding scale based on each client's income and the complexity of each case. Our clients find our fees very reasonable and our work very good. In fact, on multiple occasions, we have served children of clients we worked for decades ago. There is no greater compliment to us than a client referring his or her children to our center!

Our approach is client centered. We make it very clear that when we work -- we work for YOU. We work to fulfill YOUR needs. We work to protect YOUR interests. This requires that we talk to YOU. We ask YOU for YOUR opinions. We want YOU involved. We take every opportunity to listen to YOU. Best of all, unlike most law firms, we don't bill you "in quarter hour increments" just have a telephone call with you. That's ridiculous!
